[ Yahoo! 360 ] Open Question : I'm about 90% sure I have ADD..?

I can't pay attention in class WHATSOEVER. I can go longer than 15 minutes without taking a study break, when I tell a story...I always just lose where I'm going with it. I really just can't focus on anything. I am 21 and in college and really feel like I need medical help but I'm afraid if I go to a physician to get prescribes medicine (adderall, etc.), that he/she won't believe my symptoms due to the fact that many college students illegally take adderall and other drugs. So the question is...what are my chances of being diagnosed with ADD and/or getting some kind of meds? Thanks W
